These terms govern your use of the EcoClear Junk Removal website and online scheduling form. By using these services, you agree to these terms.
Scheduling and estimates
An online request asks for a preferred appointment time. The appointment is not confirmed until EcoClear Junk Removal accepts it. Estimates are free and completed in person. Pricing depends on volume, material weight, labor, access, and the project scope. You will receive a firm quote before work begins.
If you approve the quote and the crew is available, work may begin during the same visit. Demolition work is quoted according to the agreed teardown and debris-removal scope.
Your responsibilities
You agree to provide accurate contact, property, access, and job information. You must have authority to approve work at the property and identify anything that must remain. Tell us about stairs, gates, parking limits, heavy material, utilities, concealed hazards, or other conditions that may affect the work.
Materials and site conditions
EcoClear Junk Removal does not accept fuels, wet paint, pesticides, pressurized containers, biohazard material, or other hazardous waste. We may decline work or revise the scope when site conditions, material, access, or safety concerns differ from the information provided.
Text messaging terms
If you provide a mobile number and opt in, you agree to receive texts from EcoClear Junk Removal about scheduling, job updates, arrival notices, estimates, invoices, and replies to your questions. Promotional texts require a separate opt-in. Message frequency varies, and message and data rates may apply. Consent to receive texts is not a condition of purchase.
Reply STOP to cancel. You may receive one final confirmation text. Reply HELP for assistance, call (757) 280-2890, or email info@ecoclearjunk.com. Mobile phone numbers and text-message opt-in consent are not shared, sold, or provided to third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Wireless carriers are not responsible for delayed or undelivered messages.
Acceptable use
You may not use this website or scheduling form for unlawful, fraudulent, abusive, or disruptive activity, or to interfere with the service or another person’s rights.
Third-party services
The scheduling form is provided by Autopilot. Third-party services may have their own terms and privacy practices. EcoClear Junk Removal is not responsible for interruptions or changes to a third-party service outside our control.
Availability and changes
We may update the website, scheduling tools, service availability, or these terms. Material changes will be reflected by a revised effective date on this page.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Virginia, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
